After recognizing the necessity of companies and professionals in improving the knowledge and learning in the working environment, in 2007 Pragma created a service which manages the intellectual development of the company, besides generating and releasing new trends and innovations in the asset management area.

In order to spread this new tool, Pragma Academy was founded to offer trainings and courses, including MBAs. The initiative counts on partnerships with renowned universities and entities such as the Brazilian Maintenance Association, called ABRAMAN.
