Pragma Brasil is a company specialized in asset maintenance consultancy and excellence methodologies which make capacitance, consistency, and improvement possible for the management processes, providing accurate, up-to-date and punctual information about all the aspects of the assets. It retrofits company's resources aiming at minimizing wasting through continuous improvement, knowledge roll-out and people development. With actions and practices in the operations, a continuous data and team follow-up, it is possible to confirm not only reduction in risk exposure and maintenance costing, but also how to get performance optimization and return maximization from partner companies.

In asset management, a reliable methodology and a team of experienced and capable people are used. They work aligned with PAS 55 guidelines, which are internationally recognized for bringing a great progress towards excellence through an alignment with all the actions to be carried out in the assets in conformance with strategy defined by the company.

In excellence methodology, Continuous Improvement Tools are used, such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, among others.

Pragma Brasil is represented by four acting pillars: Pragma Service Excellence, that has its own workshop (an asset care centre) and offers capacitance and excellence in its management processes by means of specific, accurate and up-to-date practices related to all the aspects of the asset generating costing and risk reduction, and performance optimization; Pragma Consulting, represented by consultants who have the objective to accomplish analysis in the company assets in order to achieve improvements in their productivity; Pragma Industry, pillar that will compose Pragma Brasil in a future normal, scoping the production of quality and excellence machines and equipment; and, finally, Pragma Academy, partner of the renowned maintenance association called ABRAMAN, it aims at managing all the knowledge inside Pragma group, as well as, generating new trends and innovations in the asset management area through courses, among them MBAs.

Pragma World has increased annually 63% since 1995. Pragma Brasil, part of this group, is responsible for attending not only national territory, but also other countries from Latin and Central Americas. The company appreciates its employee quality of life, besides the space in the organization and safety in the work environment. It counts on 101 employees who work in an office located in the city of Campinas and in the workshops located in the city of Valinhos. Besides maintaining the well-being internally, the company supports sport practices stimulating its staff to participate in walks and running that take place in Campinas.
